This Privacy Policy explains how Chuckle Punch ("we", "us") — operated by Özgür Kayadelen, Türkiye — handles information in our mobile games, including Ascend: Space Race (the "Game"). Questions: support@chucklepunch.com.
1. Summary
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address to play.
Your game progress is stored on your device.
We use trusted third-party services for analytics, crash reporting and (rewarded) advertising. These services may receive device identifiers and usage data as described below.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple / Google. We never see your payment card details.
2. Information we collect
Game data (stored on your device) — progress, in-game currencies, the player name and country flag you choose, settings. To run the Game. The player name is not sent to our analytics.
Usage / product interaction — levels reached, features used, session start and length, rewards claimed, screens viewed. To understand how the Game is played and improve balance and design
Device & technical data — device model, OS version, language, approximate country (from IP), app version, a random app/installation identifier. Analytics, crash diagnosis, fraud prevention
Crash data — crash logs and diagnostic information. To find and fix bugs
Purchase history — which in-game item was bought, price tier, transaction status (from Apple/Google). To deliver purchases and restore them
Advertising data — advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) only if you allow it, ad interactions, IP address, device information. To show rewarded ads you choose to watch and to measure them
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial data.
3. Third-party services
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) — Google LLC. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners (rewarded ads) — AppLovin Corp. Policy: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
Apple App Store / Google Play — purchases and app distribution, under their own privacy policies.
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.
4. Advertising and tracking
Ads in the Game are rewarded — they play only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward.
On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised with your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS) or reset/limit your advertising ID in Android settings.
5. How long we keep data
Game data stays on your device until you delete the Game. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash data for up to 90 days. Third parties keep data according to their own policies.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@chucklepunch.com. Deleting the Game removes the game data stored on your device.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and limit the data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the Game.
