Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Chuckle Punch ("we", "us") — operated by Özgür Kayadelen, Türkiye — handles information in the mobile game Mystic Sparks (the "Game"). Questions: support@chucklepunch.com.

1. Summary

• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address to play. There are no accounts.

• Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run a game server for Mystic Sparks.

• We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may receive device identifiers and usage data as described below.

• In-app purchases are processed by Apple / Google. We never see your payment card details.

2. Information we collect

• Game data (stored on your device) — level progress, in-game coins and boosters, lives, daily rewards and event progress, settings. Why: To run the Game. This data is not sent to us.

• Purchase history — which in-game item was bought and its transaction status (from Apple/Google), kept on your device. Why: To deliver purchases, prevent duplicate rewards and restore purchases such as "No Ads".

• Advertising data (collected by Google AdMob) — advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) only if you allow it, ad interactions, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, OS version, language. Why: To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch and occasional full-screen ads between levels, to measure them and to prevent fraud.

• Support messages (only if you contact us) — your email address and your message. Why: To answer your request.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial data.

3. Third-party services

• Google AdMob (ads) and Google User Messaging Platform (consent) — Google LLC. Policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

• Apple App Store / Google Play — purchases and app distribution, under their own privacy policies.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

4. Advertising and tracking

• Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward.

• From level 21 on, a full-screen ad may appear between levels (never during a level). Buying "No Ads" removes these ads permanently.

• In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads. You can change your choice anytime in the Game: Settings → Ad Privacy Options.

• On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised with your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS) or reset/limit your advertising ID in Android settings.

5. How long we keep data

Game data stays on your device until you delete the Game. Support emails are kept for up to 12 months after the request is closed, then deleted. Google keeps advertising data according to its own policies.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@chucklepunch.com. Deleting the Game removes the game data stored on your device.

8. Security

We limit the data we collect and use reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the Game.
